1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the jl6 app website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at jl6app.org.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jl6 app Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the jl6 app Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by jl6 app.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in Philippine Peso (PHP) that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or jl6 app policy.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jl6 app Platform in any manner – including browsing, registering, depositing funds, or placing a wager – you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the jl6 app Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform , all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the jl6 app Platform following any modification to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. jl6 app recommends that you save or print a copy of this Agreement for your records.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the jl6 app Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jl6 app or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jl6 app, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the jl6 app Platform, you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one Account on the jl6 app Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jl6 app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• KYC Verification: jl6 app may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of address.
• Account Suspension: jl6 app reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jl6 app Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: jl6 app accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. jl6 app reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: You must not fund your jl6 app Account using any payment method that does not belong to you, or through any means that constitutes illegal activity under Philippine law. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not permitted in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Currency: All balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl6 app does not accept or process cryptocurrency of any kind.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jl6 app offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. jl6 app reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method – will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Player's Account without notice.
• jl6 app's Discretion: jl6 app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, jl6 app's decision shall be final.

7 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the jl6 app Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on the jl6 app Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, jl6 app reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. jl6 app's decision in such circumstances shall be final.
• Disconnection: jl6 app is not responsible for any loss of winnings or wagers resulting from internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the Player's end. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jl6 app reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Void Bets: jl6 app reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl6 app Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug or error must report it to jl6 app immediately and must not exploit it.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jl6 app staff or other Players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl6 app Platform – including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform – is the exclusive property of jl6 app or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from jl6 app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
• Use the jl6 app name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.

10 Privacy & Data

jl6 app collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl6 app implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jl6 app cannot guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to review the full Privacy Policy for complete details on how your data is handled.

11 Responsible Gaming

jl6 app is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:

• Age Restriction: The jl6 app Platform is strictly for Players aged 21 and above. jl6 app will not knowingly permit minors to register or play.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period as specified on the Platform.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the jl6 app Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the Player's Account will be suspended for the requested period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic notifications to remind Players of the time elapsed during a gaming session.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl6 app, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or goodwill.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account.
• Damages resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.
• Damages resulting from any third-party conduct on or through the Platform.

jl6 app's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude jl6 app's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Termination

jl6 app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• A regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your Account, any Real Money Balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jl6 app customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

jl6 app operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

15 Amendments

jl6 app reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, jl6 app will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jl6 app Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
